Korean Pancake (Buchimgae)


The easiest way to make thin, crispy, and yummy “Korean Pancake”!


One big Green onion(3.5oz/100g), half onion(2.5oz/80g), half carrot(2oz/ 60g), half zucchini (2.5oz/80g), four large shrimps(1.5oz/ 40g/optional), one egg(1), 1 cup of flour 1c, half cup of vegetable oil(1/2c)

Batter: flour 1c, ice water 1&1/4c, vegetable oil(1/2c),

Sauce: soy sauce(2T), sesame oil(1t), vinegar(1T), black pepper powder(pinch)
