I know it’s very healthful, but I cannot eat it without a proper kind of sauce.
So, I’m gonna show you how to make it very tasty in a very simple way!
Silken Tofu(250g) Soy sauce(2T), Sesame oil(1T), Onion(10g), Green onion(10g), Red pepper powder(½ t), Sesame seeds(1t)
1. Chop the green onions finely
2. Chop the onion finely
3. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, chopped onion and green onion. Mix them well in the small bowl and set aside for 1-2 minutes
4. Carefully take your silken tofu out and place it on a plate.
5. Drizzle the sauce over the tofu, and serve immediately. Just eat it with a spoon!
