Chili Oil Making in Microwave

Making chili oil using microwave!
Chili oil goes well with stew style foods such as Soft Tofu Stew, Yukgaejang, Mapa Tofu, and so on.

*Ingredients
Vegetable oil(1/2 cup), Red pepper powder(3T), Minced Garlic(1T)

*Directions
1. Put red pepper powder, garlic, vegetable oil in a bowl
2. Mix them well. (If you want stronger taste and red color, add more red pepper powder)
3. Place the bowl in the microwave, and warm it for 1 minute. (My microwave is 700watts. If you have 1000watts microwave, choose power level 5)
4. After 1 minute, take the bowl out of the microwave
5. Mix them slowly.
6. Let it sit in the room temperature for 5 minutes.
7. Place the bowl in the microwave, and warm it for 30 seconds at medium power level
8. After 30 seconds, take the bowl out of the microwave
9. Mix them slowly
10. Let it sit in the room temperature for 5 minutes.
11. Place the bowl in the microwave, and warm it for 30 seconds again
12. After 30 seconds, take the bowl out of the microwave
13. Mix them well
14. Cool it down, and store in an air-tight container. I use the chili oil with red pepper powder and garlic in it, but if you only want the oil you can drain it and store it. Please refrigerate it!
